Four million followers. An award already on the shelf. And a brand-new nomination this month. Gattouz0 is having a moment. If you have spent any time on X lately, you have seen the name. Gattouz0, a creator with Tunisian roots, has built one of the biggest followings of any male creator on the platform. His blue-verified account @gattouz0 now has more than 4.1 million followers, and his posts regularly pull in 3 to 10 million views each.
It is one of the most striking rise-to-fame stories on social media right now, and it started somewhere nobody would expect: the gym.
From the gym to global fame
Gattouz0’s story began with fitness. The Tunisian news portal Tunisie.fr describes how his early videos were all about sport: training challenges and healthy-living tips that encouraged young followers to get moving and eat better. The same outlet says he preached discipline, perseverance and resilience, on the gym floor and in everyday life, and pushed fans to believe in themselves and never give up.
Fans also know him by a second nickname, “El Wa7ch” (“the beast”), according to Tunisie.fr. That high-energy, motivational content made him a fixture on TikTok and Instagram, where his TikTok @gattouze shows around 1.2 million followers and 24.8 million likes.
From there he moved into professional creator work, building his own brand across subscription sites and video platforms with no single studio behind him. Everything runs through his own channels.
The numbers are wild
Here is what his public profiles and press coverage show:
- 4.1 million+ followers on X, with more than 1,400 media posts since he opened @gattouz0 in June 2021.
- Single posts reaching 10.3 million views (September 5, 2026) and 8.8 million views (August 30, 2026), according to X’s public view counts.
- 436 million+ video views on Pornhub and a ranking of 7th in the world among male models on the platform, as reported by Tunisie.fr.
- A TikTok following of about 1.2 million.
For a creator who built his name completely independently, those are blockbuster numbers.
The award winner who keeps getting nominated
This is where it gets jaw-dropping. Gattouz0 is listed on Wikidata as a 2025 Pornhub Award winner. And this autumn he is right back in the race: on October 2, 2026 he announced on X that he is nominated for Actor of the Year at the FapHouse Awards. On October 7 he posted that he was “still feeling grateful to be in the running” as voting passed the halfway mark.
Not bad at all for someone who started out filming gym challenges.
A truly global star
Gattouz0’s reach crosses every border. Wikidata lists him as a citizen of Tunisia and Portugal who speaks English, Arabic and Portuguese, and he stands a towering 193 cm. Tunisie.fr has reported him as based in Canada, while his X profile currently shows Bali.
His posts go out in English, Chinese, Turkish and Indonesian, and fans from Asia to Europe answer back in their own languages. Few creators anywhere speak to such a wide audience at once.
Why he keeps winning
What sets Gattouz0 apart is how he does it all himself. No studio, no gatekeepers: a fitness kid with a phone turned motivational TikToks into a global creator brand with millions of followers on X alone. Tunisie.fr credits his authenticity for letting him “connect deeply with his community.” With a fresh award nomination and millions watching every post, that connection is clearly paying off. Iconic.
