Exemption / operator role

HookupLadies is an advertising and information resource. We do not produce, film, or direct the visual content that advertisers upload. We sell advertisement space only. We are not the primary producer of that content as those terms are used in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75.

Age of performers

All persons shown in images or video on this site, and all persons who place a listing, must be at least 18 years of age. By uploading media or publishing a listing, the advertiser certifies that every person depicted is 18 or older and that the advertiser holds the records required by law, where those laws apply.

Custodian of records

For content we do not produce, the advertiser (the listing owner) is responsible for maintaining any required identification records. Requests that concern a specific listing should go to that advertiser first. For notices about content hosted on this site, write to [email protected] and include the listing URL.

Takedown

If you believe a listing shows someone under 18, or was posted without consent, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will remove the material while we review the report.
