HookupLadies sells advertisement space and listing features only. We do not sell sexual services and we do not book people.

No refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or replacements for:

• Change of mind after you pay.
• Unused days on a publish, boost, or premium plan.
• Listings still waiting for payment review.
• Listings refused or removed because they break the law or our terms.
• Accounts closed after a rule breach.
• Chargebacks opened without first writing to us.

Payment review

Advertisement time starts after we confirm your payment. Review time is not extra paid time and is not refundable.

Questions

If you think you were charged twice in error, write to [email protected] with the date and the payment reference. A duplicate charge is the only case we will look at as a billing error.
