1. What this site is

HookupLadies is an advertising and information website. We sell advertisement space for adult listings. We are not an escort agency. We do not employ, represent, book, or send anyone. We do not sell sexual services. We have no connection or liability with the people, agencies, or third-party websites mentioned in listings.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enter or use this site. By using the site you confirm that you meet that age in your country. All persons depicted or listed must be 18 or older. We do not allow anyone under that age to register, advertise, or browse.

3. Advertisers and users

Listing owners are independent advertisers. They write their own copy, upload their own media, and handle their own contacts. If you phone, email, or message someone from a listing, you deal with that person or their advertiser only. We do not arrange meetings and we do not take a fee from any meeting.

4. No prostitution services

This site is not involved in escorting or the prostitution business. Paid listings are advertisements only. Any services described on a profile are the advertiser's own statements. You must follow the laws of your country and the country of the listing.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to post illegal content, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, blackmail, stolen photos, or anyone who is not of legal age. You agree not to scrape the site, attack it, or impersonate another person. We may remove listings, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

6. Payments and no refunds

Fees paid on this site buy advertisement space and related listing features only (for example publish time, a boost, or a premium badge). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks for change of mind, unused time, account bans for rule breaks, or delayed approval while we review a payment. If a listing is refused or removed for a policy breach, the fee is not returned.

7. Accuracy and third parties

We do not verify every claim on a listing. Photos, rates, location, and contact details can be wrong or out of date. Links, phone numbers, and emails on listings lead to third parties. We take no responsibility for the content or actions of those people or websites.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, HookupLadies and its operators are not liable for loss, injury, fraud, or dispute arising from a listing, a meeting, a message, or a third-party site. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims that arise from your listing, your content, your messages, or your breach of these terms or the law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of localhost. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
